The product warranty is valid for 30 calendar days from the moment of receiving the product. In the event of defect of the product due to the manufacturer's fault, shoes are repaired or replaced free of charge.

 

 

According to the legislation of Ukraine, the return and exchange of goods of appropriate quality may be carried out within 14 days from the moment of purchase or receipt of shoes (in the case of international sales), provided that the integrity of the packaging is preserved and the product is not damaged. Worn goods cannot be returned.

 

The Buyer independently returns the goods to the Seller. In case of return or replacement of the Product, delivery is paid by the Buyer and is not reimbursed by the Seller. All payment obligations for the delivery of the Goods are borne by the Buyer. Compensation for the cost of the goods is carried out within 7 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the goods by the Seller, subject to deducting compensation for the Seller's costs related to the delivery of the goods, if the Buyer did not pay for the delivery himself.
